I love this product!!! I've had other vacuum cleaners by other makers and this is by far the best. It leaves my carpet looking new everytime I use it. My 17 year old son used it and was very impressed. I've read about the difficulties with the little yellow switch to change from carpet to floor so it wasn't a big surprise when the time came to use it. The only negative thing is that the machine is heavy and I have a hard time carrying it up and down the stairs. But over all, it's a great buy.
